Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within South Africa

We currently offer shipping to all regions within South Africa.

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of R110 applies to all orders.

• Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders with a total value of R1000 or more.

• Deliveries require complete and valid addresses within South Africa. Parcels cannot be delivered to PO boxes, courier offices or post offices.

• We do not offer same or next day delivery, all orders are couriered as standard delivery.

Our Delivery Partner & Tracking

We have partnered with The Courier Guy, a trusted name in logistics, to handle all our deliveries.

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an SMS notification containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on The Courier Guy’s website to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

While delivery times may vary based on your specific location, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days after it has been dispatched. Please allow a total of 3-6 business days from the time you place your order.
